Process & Plan
Our corporate teams will present different plans and customize further based on your recommendations. Once the details are finalized, we will build a transition plan with important deadlines and tasks to complete to ensure a smooth transition.

Execute & Follow-Up
Our corporate and local teams will execute the agreed upon solution. Throughout the life of the contract, we will meet to reevaluate the solution and make changes to the model as needed. This kind of flexibility allows your bookstore to always be on the cutting edge semester-to-semester.

Full-Service
We’ll take it from here. With a full-service model, we will utilize our proprietary technology stack as well as our own experienced personnel to run your brick-and-mortar and virtual bookstores, including procurement, marketing, and operations, year-round.
Online-Only
This model is the same as full-service except for the store is only operated virtually. This option offers the ability to be more flexible with pricing and mimics the service seen in store through live chat and phone customer services.
Hybrid
The hybrid model can be anything you imagine. Do you not have much space but want a physical presence during rush periods? We can operate a virtual store 24/7/365 and operate a pop-up store with physical presence on campus at the beginning and end of each semester.
Self-Op
Have the man-power but need help with operations or technology? We’ve got you covered. The self-op model gives you full access to our proprietary cloud-based technology stack paired with additional services such as consulting, training, procurement, and order fulfillment.
